Yummy Two-Mushroom Breakfast



Yummy Two-Mushroom


(Ready in about 8 hours | Servings 4)


Ingredients :
4 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced  
2 ounces porcini mushrooms, sliced  
1 cup vegetable broth  
Three tablespoons white wine  
One teaspoon grated ginger, dried
One cayenne pepper  
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
One teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage  
Salt and black pepper to taste



Directions :
1. Place all the above ingredients in your slow cooker.
2. Cover with the lid and cook for 6 to 8 hours or overnight on low. You can thicken the cooker juices with cornstarch if desired.

3. Serve warm over rice.
