Wild Rice and Mushroom Casserole


(Ready in about 2 hours 30 minutes | Servings 4)


Ingredients :
1 ½ cups long-grained rice  
1/2 cup wild rice  
One envelope dry onion soup mix  
One tablespoon parsley  
2 cups vegetable stock
2 cups of water  
1/2 cups scallions, chopped  
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
One teaspoon dried dill weed  
1/4 cup butter, melted


Directions :
1. Combine all the above ingredients in your lightly greased slow cooker.
2. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Now cook on high approximately 2 ½ hours.

3. Divide the casserole among four individual plates and serve with sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
